Form
Click on the “+” icon to create a new form.
Select the desired form type. You can filter your search by typing the form name in the filter bar.
Your form is displayed.
At the top of the form, you have access to several tools.
This icon allows you to close the page list to display the form in full screen mode.
This icon activates the form page.
This icon activates form, EDM, folder and history information.
